Documentation: Is there a list of date variables somewhere?

Hello, I'm searching for a comprehensive list of all the available date/time options, %Y %m %d %H %A %B etc and what they correspond to. Does one exist somewhere?

And is there something available that would render the first day of the month to 1st, instead of 1, and so on?
