Hello, I've noticed that some of my photos Taken Date are different than the Creation and Modification date,
so I found a tool that can use The file name as the Creation and Modified date (like 20210807 YYYYMMDD)
by checking both pictures using the Exiftool (Before and After changing the dates) I noticed some differences as shown in the attached picture

changing in the XMP Toolkit
Added "Date/Time Digitized"
also the orderliness are not the same

I don't know wither this going to effect anything about the photo Exif or details if I decided to upload the photos to a cloud or copy it to another device or any other reasons ?

Thank you in advance

There shouldn't be a problem with any well written program but there are exceptions.  The code to read XMP data is freely available from Adobe but there are some programmers who don't use that code.  So far I recall only one mention of an unfixable problem on these forums, which was a phone mapping app.

There have been some programs which had a problem with the XMP written, but which were fixable with the -api Compact option.
"It didn't work" isn't helpful. What was the exact command used and the output.
Read FAQ #3 and use that cmd
Please use the Code button for exiftool output

Please include your OS/Exiftool version/filetype

The program which I used is from relliksoftware Exif Date changer, I was just like to confirm that there will be no problem for any application to read the photos details as I like to keep the memories upon it's order and locations

There's no way to possibly guarantee that you won't find some app that won't be able to read the data. There's always crappy programmers who will write terrible apps.  But data written with exiftool is just as future proof as would data written by Adobe Photoshop.  Exiftool is the gold standard for metadata.
