Image-ExifTool cannot work with BMPs I used

The BMP format is currently not supported by ExifTool.

If it would be useful to you, I will add it to my to-do list.  Right now I'm working on adding support for EPS and PDF formats, but I could work on it after I've done these.

The PDF support is taking longer than I thought because it is a complex format (especially the PDF-1.5 extensions).  BMP should be easy provided I can locate the documentation.  I should think that I could have BMP read support added by sometime next week.

It turns out that BMP is a really simple format.  The images don't contain much meta information at all.  Perhaps this is why nobody had requested support for this format until now.

Anyway, it only took a few minutes to add BMP support, so it is ready earlier than I thought.  Version 5.44 (available now from my web site) will read information from BMP images.
