Tags that report as writable with -listx, but are not writable

I've found some tags that show up as writable when looking at the -listx output, but are listed as not writable on the tag names pages and are returned as "doesn't exist or isn't writable" when trying to write them.

For example
Keys:DetectedFaceBounds
Keys:DetectedFaceID
Keys:DetectedFaceRollAngle
Keys:DetectedFaceYawAngle
Keys:StillImageTime
Keys:VideoOrientation
QuickTime:TimeZone

Are they writable under certain circumstances or is this an error someplace?

There are only some of them. There are others that I skipped over before I decided to post. Shall I go back and list all of them?

I haven't checked individual tags, but my patch changed 166 of them.  So don't bother making a list.
