For linux:

Image-ExifTool contains two *.args files (iptc2xmp.args and xmp2iptc.args).
The installation apparently does not install these two files anywhere.
Where should these two files be installed? In the same directory as the scripts, or somewhere else?

I saw that debian bug report and was wondering where these should
go.  Frankly, I have no idea.  They are not used by exiftool directly,
but are provided more as example files which may be useful
for the user.  I'm not sure where the normal location for files
like that would be for a debian installation.  They are included in
exiftool tarball, but it is left up to the user to copy them
somewhere if they want.

Thanks, I appreciate your help. I was not aware that there was a Debian bug too, I've only see the one in Ubuntu: https://bugs.launchpad.net/debian/+source/libimage-exiftool-perl/+bug/133935
