How come, unit (s or sec) isn't shown for ExposureTime and ShutterSpeedValue?

I'll use the oportunity to ask: what's the difference between

ExposureTime and ShutterSpeedValue

and

ApertureValue and FNumber ?

-in my case, above pairs always contain the same values.

It seems to be common not to show the units when reporting
shutter speeds, so that is what I do.

You second question about ExposureTime and Aperture tags
is FAQ number 4.
