Missing Micro 4/3 Lenses

I was looking at the listing of lenses in the Olympus page, and I noticed that the following recent Micro 4/3 lenses are missing:

Leica   DG Macro Elmarit 45mm F2.8 Asph. Mega OIS
Panasonic   Lumix G Vario 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 Asph. Mega OIS
Panasonic   Lumix G Vario 100-300mm F4.0-5.6 Asph. Mega OIS
Olympus   M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm F4.0-5.6
Olympus   M.Zuiko Digital ED 75-300mm F4.8-6.7   

Unfortunately, I don't know the lens codes.

Thanks.  I was missing 2 of these in my "Need these" list.  Occasionally when I have time I search the picture sites to find originals from my list.
