Hi, Phil,

Does/can ExifTool support PGF ("Progressive Graphics File")?

ExifTool did print out metadata information for a pgf file, so maybe it already supports it.

I only encountered this file format recently. digiKam uses it. It's open source.

Here's the wikipedia link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Progressive_Graphics_File
And the home page for PGF: http://www.libpgf.org/index.php

Warm regards,

Hi Elle,

Can you provide some samples?  If you could mail me some it would be great: philharvey66 at gmail.com

I tried to google for some samples but I wasn't successful.

I don't know if you noticed, but version 8.47 (released 3 days ago) supports reading PGF.
