Better description of DateTimeOriginal in MWG.html

Hi Phil,

regarding the "Values / Notes" column for DateTimeOriginal in in MWG.html:

Page 37 of the MWG Guidance PDF has two descriptions, and I find "specifies when a photo was taken" (at the top of the page) more concise than "creation date of the intellectual content being shown".

Regarding CreateDate: I like "specifies when an image was digitized" more than "creation date of the digital representation".

Hi Oliver,

I agree that your preference is better suited to digital photography, so I will change them as you suggest.

I will also change to the same version of the ModifyDate description:  "specifies when a file was modified by the user".
