JPG: Lossless autorotate ...

Hello,

at first: It is a very useful tool, espacially for "nonexperts".
Now my question:
I have tried to rotate JPGs with the autorote-function. jpegtran and jhead are in the program folder of ExifTool Gui and it seems to run but it chnges nothing. So what I'm doing wrong?
For information: I'm working on win 7 64-bit, and programs like Irvan-View or XNView are handling the rotation depending on the Exifdata correct.
