Error message after renaming fil

Hello
I am not sure to be in the right folder , excuse me i am not an expert.
under windows 7 i use the following commant to rename my file with the create date.
-d %Y.%m.%d_%H%M_%%-c%%f.%%e  "-filename<CreateDate"

The result is good neverthelss i get the following message
exiftoolgui:
access violation at address 0065C044 in module "Exif toll GUI .exe, Read of adress 00000000

The log windows is the following
======== ./Cross2 Pont Saint Even.MOV
    1 image files updated
<-END-

Please note i am not very fluente in english, so would you use simple word in your answer

exiftoll is a great software.

if you search for "access violation" in this forum, you will find other people have had the same problem with ExifToolGUI.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
