Available codecs for Windows 10 RAW files

Has anyone come across any picture codecs for Windows 10 files except FastPictureViewer and AdFry? I've managed to get the old Windows 8 codecs to work for CR2 and NEF, but haven't found one for PSD and such.

Would've gladly bought the FastPictureViewer codec pack, because it works quite well and is only $10 USD. However; PayPal is not something I will use and I can't seem to get in touch with the developer to explore alternatives.
