MIE - submitted to peer review journal??

Hi Phil,
I was wondering if your MIE standard had been submitted to a peer review journal?
And if so, do you have a citation for it?

No it hasn't.  The reference you should give is the URL for the specification: https://exiftool.org/MIE1.1-20070121.pdf

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
