Yes.  Your date-time formatting is messing up the copies to the date/time tags.  Add a "#" to disable the formatting when doing these copies:  eg) "-IFD0:ModifyDate<DateTimeOriginal#"

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
