Location Created/Shown LocationID vs Identifier

Hello,

I am a bit confused between the XMP LocationDetails Struct tags for "LocationID" and "Identifier". The "Identifier" tag seems new. Checking the IPTC Extension Specification (Oct 2016 Revision) I cannot find the "Identifier" only "Location ID". What is "Identifier" for?

I don't have time to check this now, but I suspect that the Identifier is part of the IPTC video extensions.  I don't know its exact purpose.  I would stick with LocationID.
