2 Question(more than one instance of ExifTool and Is ExifTool forensic enough)

Hi, Am new here; here goes. Am on Windows 7, 64 bit machine. A fast machine. Is it OK to run more than one instance of ExifTool at the same time? Each would be started by a different .bat file. I want to do this because my big renaming run (maybe 2000+ images) is s-l-o-w.

I want to find out if ExifTool can distinguish between original raw video file and a file that has been manipulated on a computer.
For example if somebody has shot a UFO - can I find out with ExifTool if that is a genuine raw video material or simply a CGI video?
If ExifTool can't see a difference, can anyone please suggest a better and more forensic video software that could do just that? Thank you very much.

Q1, yes this can be done. I do this frequently.

Q2, this question has been asked in the forums before and while exiftool can not give you a yes no answer, by inspecting the metadata there ar many telltale signs whether or not a file is "original".
