Am I wrong or is this document not available in a PDF?  I can find the October 2016 PDF easily enough, but the 2017 standard only appears to be available as a webpage.
"It didn't work" isn't helpful. What was the exact command used and the output.
Read FAQ #3 and use that cmd
Please use the Code button for exiftool output

Please include your OS/Exiftool version/filetype

I can't find it either.

Here is a page with all of the available IPTC Photo Metadata standards.  2017 is missing.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
