those two are the higher precision Gains equivalent to AWB Tags 24-26 of standard PanasonicRaw-Tags.
Here in Red/Blue instead of RGB and also 10Bit instead of 8Bit precision.

Tag 0x3420      SHORT × 1  AWB-RedLevel
Tag 0x3421      SHORT × 1  AWB-BlueLevel

many other Tags in this IFD look like R/B-Balancing Gains in 10Bit. (i.e. Tags >=0x3000 ... <0x3200)
But most of them don't come close to Standard WBInfos anymore (some do some not).
