Hi, guys

I am having the same problem described here:
https://exiftool.org/forum/index.php?topic=6761.0

I get the error transcribed in the thread subject, when trying to change camera model.

The camera is Fuji X-E1, firmware version 2.61
exiftool v11.52

I will be sending an e-mail right now to the address in the thread I mentioned with a sample raw file.

I got the sample, thanks.  Support for this version will appear in the next ExifTool release (version 11.53).

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).

Hi, Phil, thanks for the very fast answer.
I just noticed it happens also with older files, created under version 2.40 of the camera firmware. Would you need a sample also?

No need to send a sample for version 2.40.  I'll assume the format is the same since it wasn't changed between 1.00 and 2.61, and add support for this version too.
