Language and width of column

The width of the column does not take into account the interface language.
I don't use Russian, but I told you so you know.
But fixing it will make ExifTool neat.

The column width is fixed, and descriptions that are longer than this force the value to the right.  This happens for all languages.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
