Difference between osx & linux information for .XLTX

Hello,

I'm trying to understand the difference between osx & linux information for the same file (MS Office .XLTX file)

On OSX (v10.14.6) I'm getting the right information:

Can't say for sure, but my guess is you're missing an (optional) Perl module at the Ubuntu install. One that handles decoding parts of xltx files) Also check to see if the timezone of that box is setup right (you're now getting times reported as UTC instead of local time).

I wasn't able to find out which perl module was missing.

I'm sure exiftool installed just fine. No, I meant you probably miss some "standard" (but optional) Perl modules from your Perl install. Inspecting the exiftool code, I think a likely candidate is Archive::Zip. Do you have this module installed?
This can be checked with e.g. perl -e 'use Archive::Zip' if that gives an error, you don't have it installed. In that case install it with e.g. cpan Archive::Zip

Just an addition. The optional libraries can also be checked with

exiftool -ver -v

This will list all optional libraries and in which version it is installed.
