I am developing a VB Script that organizes drones images by their GPS data.  The script uses Exiftool.exe to create a file it uses to organize the images.   This designed for Windows and will be free and the script will be open source.
I will be providing a link in the documentation to Exiftool.org with instructions to download the Exiftool.exe. May  I please also include a copy of the most recent version of Exiftool.exe along with my script?

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
