Anyone know more about 'WXVer' in an mp4?

I've got an mp4 that I'm looking at, probably from a phone but may have been edited elsewhere. There's no metadata that identifies the handset or software used, except possibly:

Description: {"WXVer":385878573}

After a bit of a dig around I'm making the assumption that this is a version number of a library from wxWidgets, possibly relating to a VOIP project called OpenH323. I know it's a long shot, but has anyone seen this before? I can't really post any more of the metadata, I'm afraid.

I don't see this in any of my samples from various camera models.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).

Thanks for checking. I'm thinking it may be left there by a phone app that strips out useful metadata, so it's kinda niche.
