QuickTimeUTC option for CR3 files

Hello Phil,

thanks for the new version 12.10.
For this version in history is stated

Automatically apply QuickTimeUTC option for CR3 files

But on your internet page under "Supported File Types" also other filetypes are listed as "quicktime based" - e.g.: AVIF, HEIC, HEIF

Should option QuickTimeUTC also be applied automatically?

None of my HEIF, HEIC or AVIF samples contain any QuickTime date/time tags.
