Windows 10 explorer - empty location fields although set in IPTC & XMP

Hello,

I added the following columns in Windows 10 explorer:
City
State or Province
Country/Region

I need those in my flow to be able to sort against location info.

The 3 columns show empty although set in IPTC & XMP.

Does anyone know how to solve that?

Windows doesn't fill those properties from image files.  To see what data Windows will read, select an image->Right Click Properties->Details tab.
