The -if condition operates on tags from the source file, not the -tagsFromFile file, so I don't think you can easily do what you want.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
