Writing "Raw profile type exif" to PNG instead of eXIf

I have been looking around a bit, I would like to add a Date/Time Original tag to some PNG files. They all have the in the eXIf chunk, but my consuming App expects the Raw profile type exif (Tag EXIF_Profile). The EXIF_Profile is not writeable, so no luck?

You could try running version 10.41 (the last version before the ability to write the eXIf chunk was added).
