No.  Windows only knows the data that it lists in that window.  You can see what tags are read to fill the properties in this thread.

Custom tags are not going to be read by any other software.
* Did you read FAQ #3 and use the command listed there?
* Please use the Code button for exiftool code/output.
 
* Please include your OS, Exiftool version, and type of file you're processing (MP4, JPG, etc).
