What exactly is the JPEG format error here...

I have an image file which, when I run "exiftool -htmldump0" produces the following Warning on errout:

iMacR27:KodakC340ZM len$ exiftool -htmldump0 2006-Geoffrey3.jpg > /dev/null
Warning: JPEG format error - 2006-Geoffrey3.jpg
iMacR27:KodakC340ZM len$

I've stared into this file and cannot see the problem.

Is there a way I can get more information from exiftool?

Please ignore.  Found that the image was missing a JPEG EOI marker.
