Over the past year or so, I have been working on my own Exiftool GUI interface, taking much inspiration from ExiftoolGUI.
By now, it is well enough along to make it potentially useful for others to try at: http://wxutils.com/
Comments can be directed to: feedback@wxutils.com

From the start it was intended to be able to handle multiple interface languages, but, since I myself am rather new to this world, support is very minimal at this time. With help from people interested in a specific language, support for other languages, may well be extended.

It isn't obvious to me where I download the software from the page you referenced.  Also, there is no description at all about the software itself.  And it would be nice to see a screen shot before one downloads the software.

Good points, Phil.
As it happens I am also relatively new to publishing software .
I'll try to address those issues tout suite

The latest version should be available at http://wxutils.com/wxeti.php
The page now includes a screenshot. More detailed information would be available from the install text and the help file.
