Can the exiftool program cope with this problem?

There is a JPG file (1x2 pixel for a plug).

There is a list of files (50,000 pieces) in the TXT file:
0a0a783f4266.jpg
0a0a09624186.jpg
0a0b882c1ad6.jpg
0a0c385a1da7.jpg

0a0ef52c87c4.jpg
0a0fd745dbe0.jpg
0a1a56211482.jpg
...

Me need from this JPG file to make 50 000 files with names from a text file.

I don't understand what you want.   Are you wanting to just copy a JPG to 50000 different files?  ExifTool won't do this for you, but it would be simple to do in a batch file.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
