New Forum Category for Consulting?

Imagemagick has a nice forum category for Consulting where people needing to hire and people interested in hiring can connect. Would this be generally desirable here?  It would be nice to make it explicit. I would certainly hire people - developers, but also metadata experts - from this forum.

There have certainly been a few people here looking to hire metadata experts in the past, but speaking for myself I've got very limited time for any additional projects.  I don't think there has been enough of this to warrant a separate forum category, and probably this "Other Discussion" board is a good enough place for these posts.
