The file paths supported by the software cannot contain emoji (e.g.:🦌🐆), and it is hoped that recognition and decoding of such characters will be supported.

Myself, I was never able to get unicode characters to work on the command line until I found this StackOverflow answer.  That option can mess with fonts in some older GUIs, though.
* Did you read FAQ #3 and use the command listed there?
* Please use the Code button for exiftool code/output.
 
* Please include your OS, Exiftool version, and type of file you're processing (MP4, JPG, etc).
