Hello,

why is exiftool showing an hour off and sometimes two hours of for .mov files?

'QuickTime' movie time stamps are stored as UTC and programs should adjust them to the local time. If you add the '-api QuickTimeUTC=1' option to exiftool, it will convert to/from UTC based upon the current time zone of the computer with DST adjustment.

Thank you for your fast reply!
I get "Warning: Tag 'api' is not defined" if I use this option?

€: Ups my bad. I used the ' ', Ill try again

€2: Seems to work! Thank you very much!

Off topic, that's the first time I've seen the € symbol used to indicate an edit.  This amuses me greatly and might be something I start doing.  Probably not here but elsewhere on the net.

Further thought, if I have to edit a fourth time, I'll probably use €3.50 to bring that meme into play.
* Did you read FAQ #3 and use the command listed there?
* Please use the Code button for exiftool code/output.
