New PNG Spec: Third Edition Public Draft

The W3 has published the first public draft of PNG, "Third Edition."  I share a link to the changelog between the second and third editions:

Looks quite cool!  HDR and wide gamut are surging, which I like.

Thanks.  I don't think I'll add support for the new cICP chunk until I get a sample for testing.  I think this the the only change that impacts ExifTool.
