Improve instructions to install in Fedora

I'm following this guide:
https://exiftool.org/install.html#Unix

Downloaded the tar.gz:

$ perl Makefile.PL

The required software is:

Code Select Expand

$ sudo dnf install cpan
$ sudo cpan install ExtUtils::MakeMaker
Then works...

$ perl Makefile.PL

Looks good

That is unfortunate.  I thought MakeMaker was part of the standard Perl installation.  But I guess not now on Fedora.

But I don't know if the way you installed MakeMaker is the standard technique for Fedora.  I would have thought there should be an rpm package for this.
