Canon 20D and ShutterCount tag

Reading FileNumber seems to work

This information is written differently by different Canon models.  The information is essentially the same, but the method of decoding it is different, so I have given it different tag names.  It is called "FileNumber" for the 20D and 350D, and ShutterCount for other EOS models.  I know this is a bit confusing, but the decoding of FileNumber (thanks Juha Eskelinen), is also a bit confusing.
