Use of exiftool for manipulating Dates and Titles

I have a lot of photos and videos. For manipulating meaningless filenames I use Total Commander, but for dates exiftool and titles. In my case, with using NAS Qnap apps, there is a need to change dates for having order the files in a correct timeline manner.
I did a lot of test and research for having the correct statements. I like to share my work with other exiftool users.
You can find in the attachment several methods to fulfill this.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).
