Hello,

I am trying to bulk update MP4 files using GUI version and with following code
-make="SJCAM" -model="SJ5000X"
Video that I have taken let's say at 12:55 is updated and 13:02 is not. (What I am trying to say here is that camera settings etc. didn't change between 2 video shots.)

I am attaching the ExifTool LOG screenshot. What could be done to fix this error?

Hi Phil,

I hope you're doing well. I wanted to follow up on the video I sent you via email on August 23. Have you had a chance to review it?

If you didn't receive the email, I'd be happy to share a Dropbox link here for easier access.

Thanks for your time!

Phil is currently away for the next week, so he won't be able to comment until he gets back.

If you feel your post has been forgotten (it does happen here), feel free to bump it. You shouldn't have to wait for more than a week under most circumstances.
"It didn't work" isn't helpful. What was the exact command used and the output.
Read FAQ #3 and use that cmd
Please use the Code button for exiftool output

Please include your OS/Exiftool version/filetype
