I'm not sure what you mean.  Here is the PDF tags documentation.  While this is for 12.92, it hasn't changed since 12.78.

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).

If you mean PDF versions of the various exiftool docs, the links can be found under Additional Documentation and Resources on the main page.
* Did you read FAQ #3 and use the command listed there?
* Please use the Code button for exiftool code/output.
 
* Please include your OS, Exiftool version, and type of file you're processing (MP4, JPG, etc).

Ah, that makes more sense.  That documentation will also be for the current version (12.92 at the moment).
