Remove image or frame from DNG file?

I have a DNG file produced after running the AI denoise tool in a CR3 image in Lightroom Classic. I *think* this contains both the original RAW data, as well as the denoised data (rawdigger displays 2 "frames" when I open the DNG file).

I would like to end up with a DNG file that only contains the denoised data.

Any ideas?
