orientation tag in IFD0 and IFD1

The exif orientation tag can appear in IFD0 and IFD1. exiftool seems to ignore the IFD1 tag. Is this deliberate, or a bug?

Hi Mike,

By default, the exiftool command-line interface suppresses output
of duplicate information (unlike the programming interface, which
enables duplicates by default).

Use the -a option with the command-line interface to allow
duplicate tags to be extracted..
