I was interested in trying to get a demo of ExifTool-web working from the ExifTool web site, but I couldn't find any instructions on the github page about how to do this.  :(

@lucasgelfond: Maybe you could describe this procedure?

...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux/PowerShell, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).

There is another implementation based on zeroperl here that provides an API to run exiftool in a web browser or Node.js.  (More details here.)
