What is wrong in the following case?

exiftool "-TimeStamp+=0:0:0 01:00:00" g:\bilder\2007_04_14
Month '-1' out of range 0..11 at Image/ExifTool.pm line 2468 in Canon:TimeStamp (ValueConvInv)
    1 directories scanned
    0 image files updated
   12 image files unchanged

This is a bug in ExifTool.  Thanks for pointing it out.
I forgot to mark Canon:TimeStamp as a shiftable tag.

This will be fixed in version 6.87 when it is released.  I have
fixed this in the
https://exiftool.org/Image-ExifTool-6.87.tar.gz" target="_blank">6.87
pre-release so you can test it out before the official release.

Sorry, but you'll have to wait until the official release if you want the
Windows stand-alone version.  It takes me much more time to prepare
that version so I usually don't do it for pre-releases.

6.87 has now been officially released, and all versions are available.
