Code:

1) An photo archive was proccessed:

     size: 61.0 GB (65,549,074,593 bytes)

     contains 8,738 files,
                843 folders.

2) each other file name was prefixed with picture's 'Date create' as YYYY-MM-DD

HH-MM:

   exiftool -r "-FileName<${createdate} %%f.jpg" -d "%%Y %%m %%d %%H %%M %%f"  .\

3) files were arranged in the directories YYYY-MM-DD:

   exiftool "-Directory<DateTimeOriginal" -d "%%Y %%m %%d"  .\

If you could use the same date/time tag for both Directory
and Filename, these tags can be set together by writing
Filename with a name that contains a directory specification:

Code:
exiftool -r "-filename<createdate" -d "%%Y-%%m-%%d/%%Y-%%m-%%d-%%H-%%M-%%%%f.%%%%e" -ext jpg .

Just a couple of notes:

1) I have replaced the spaces with dashes in your file and directory names.

2) I have doubled all '%' characters as you did -- I'm assuming you're running
this from a Windows BAT file.

3) I added "-ext jpg" to process only JPEG files.

Code:
Tkx a lot, Phil, for your clue.

1)>>>>>running this from a Windows BAT file
   exactly.

2) >>>>>>> to process only JPEG files.
   - it will save a time - 'exiftool' will just ignore the files other than JPGs;
   - i will not watch unnnessary diagnostic msg-s.

3) i will start single BAT file  - it means there is less chances to do a mistake.

Cheers!
