Standard XML namespaces. A bug?

Hi,

I want to use ExifTool to extract images metadata and process it through an XSL sheet. However, I have notices that "-X" put tags not in the namespaces defined in some stardards (IPTC Core & Ext Schemas, for instance).

Is this a bug?

This is not a bug. The -X option outputs
ExifTool-formatted values, which may be
different from the formatting of the standard
namespaces. (take the date format for
example) -  Phil
