In building a table (-T), for a Nikon D40, when -Flash is "No Flash", the -FlashType tag omits the "-", thus leaving an empty column.  If the flash was fired, it correctly identifies the type of flash.  For a Canon 30D, the "-" is there if no flash was used.

Hi Pete,

This is because of the way that Nikon stores the FlashType tag.
A missing tag will give a "-" in the -T output, but in
this case the tag exists and is an empty string, so you get an empty
column for this.  This is consistent with the way that exiftool extracts
other empty strings, so it isn't something that I think I should change.
