ExifTool web site problems

My apologies about the (un)reliability of the ExifTool web site
recently.  The server has crashed on 4 separate occasions
in the last 2 weeks, and each time it was down for 12 hours
or more.  This server also hosts my mail, which may slow down
my responses but hopefully shouldn't result in any lost mail.
Our system administrator is working on fixing the problem.

However, this forum is independent of the ExifTool web server,
so I can continue to answer questions posted here.
Also, there is an alternate ExifTool web server listed in the README
of the full distribution.  I won't post a URL here because I don't
want any hard links to this temporary server, but it can be used
in times like this if you really need to access the ExifTool web
site.
