Hello, can someone please help me to copy the exif data from multiple JPGs to MOV files?
I want to write a script to copy the exif data from my canon 7d .thm files directly to the .mov files:

First i rename all my files to .jpg (that works well):
ren *.thm *.jpg

How can i copy the exif data from the .jpeg to the .mov????

Thanks a lot!  ;)

Hi Max,

Sorry, but ExifTool does not yet have the ability to write video files, so you will have to find some other utility to do this.  If you find something, please let me know because I don't know of anything that can do this.

Edit:  I don't know where my manners were... Added "please".
...where DIR is the name of a directory/folder containing the images.  On Mac/Linux, use single quotes (') instead of double quotes (") around arguments containing a dollar sign ($).

Even though, thanks for your fast reply!  :)
