Hi,

I've tested with the line -tagsfromfile ..... "-xmp> xmp" .... but does not work

I tested copy the regionpersondisplayname and work ok with the -tagsfromfile line, but  not copy coordinates

thanks

Phil Harvey

This argument will copy the XMP as a block.  For example:

> exiftool a.jpg -xmp:all
XMP Toolkit                     : Image::ExifTool 8.65
Title                           : test title

> exiftool b.jpg -xmp:all

> exiftool b.jpg -tagsfromfile a.jpg "-xmp> xmp"
    1 image files updated

> exiftool b.jpg -xmp:all
XMP Toolkit                     : Image::ExifTool 8.65
Title                           : test title

If the coordinates are in the XMP, they will be copied.  If they aren't copied, it is probably because they are in the EXIF, not the XMP.  Read FAQ 3 for some help.
